What we store

We store your account details, questionnaire responses, generated profile summaries, match interactions, reports, and messages sent through the app.

How matching works

Your questionnaire answers are used to generate compatibility scores, profile summaries, and match explanations within the product. This information is not published as a public profile feed.

Private messages

Messages are stored securely so conversations can function and persist. Messages are treated as private and are not routinely monitored.

Safety and moderation

If a user reports behaviour that may be rude, disrespectful, offensive, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe, authorised staff may review relevant messages and associated account activity strictly for the purpose of investigation and user safety.

Access to message data

Access to message data is limited, and only used where necessary to assess reports and enforce platform rules.

What other users can see

Other users only see information shared through the matching flow, such as generated profile summaries after profile exchange and any messages sent once chat is mutually opened.

Data use

Your data is used to operate and improve the matching system, including generating compatibility results, refining match quality, and maintaining platform safety. Your data is not sold to third parties.
